The upgraded version wont work, it will think then stop thinking then not reccomend a move! Please fix!
I’m really sorry about this! We’re actually working on an infrastructure change right now that’s taking a lot longer than I anticipated. We’ve moved half of our 20-core servers to our new environment, so NCM is operating with half the servers it normally has and is getting saturated as a result.
Are you getting no response each and every time you calculate a move, or does it return one some of the time?
I’m hoping to have this wrapped up soon! I’ll be cutting everything over to the new environment soon and will then immediately start restoring the server capacity.
