I have found myself not being able to stay logged into the engine beyond one or two moves. I then could not get to support as I was then told my email was not recognised. Had to create this with same email addy to get in to support at all.

Aye! I’m guessing the root of the “not being able to get support” problem is that the NCM forums are separate from the main website. So you have to create separate accounts on each.
I’m not sure what’s up with the not being able to stay logged in issue though. I’ll follow up with you directly!
