Does the engine think time make a difference in decision making if one sets the time to 0 seconds compared to 15 seconds?
Being an illiterate in computers I would make the assumption that the longer the system has to scan its data base it increases to odds of finding the “Next best move” as compared to shorter time to scan the data base. That is my reasoning. It does seem to be logical.
